We're in Bangkok! We arrived Wednesday night and today I had my appointment to find out if I am a good candidate for LASIK. I am! The only possible complication is that I have slightly larger than average pupils, so they say I have a higher than average likelihood of having glare around lights at night. (that is also a side effect of being near-sighted - I have always had glare around lights - I didn't know some people DON'T have glare around lights at night!) So anyway, there is an "ultimate" laser that is better at reducing glare, so I'm going with that one. What a little extra money when it comes to your sight, anyway?
AB had a sitter during my appointment, and the same sitter will be back at 5:15am tomorrow so I can go fam fire. I haven't shot our qualification course in almost two years, so I hope I do well. It's not for record, but still would be embarrassing to mess it up. After fam fire, I'll get a workout in, take a shower, and then head back to the LASIK clinic! Wish me luck!
Here are the pics of AB playing downstairs in the playroom. She had gone with the sitter and wanted to go back after I got home.
Bunny gets to slide first now it's my turn! hmmm... how does this thing work? pointing to the playground outside ("too hot") cute little feet crawling through the hole cutie pie on the slide teetering without the totter she's fearless!
I've added some more video and pics from the last week. You may think you've seen everything... but I keep adding more stuff. The videos take longer to upload, and I've been back-dating them so they are marked with the actual date... so please scroll down and take a look! :)
When we took the dogs out today, these flowers stood the stillest. :) AB was on the run!
The dogs are on the other side of the "wall" of this corridor, running around and wrestling. Their collars make a lot of noise... and as she gets close to me, they make a lot of noise and she gets a little startled. (Don't worry, she wasn't in any danger!)
heading out for a walk in the buggy can you tell she put her own sunglasses on? (as an aside, we've had those since Sweden and they are neither lost nor broken! yay!) When we finished our walk, we found Dean and Meimei in the sandbox! can I have that shovel? Dean gave his when he went to play with TaoTao AB and TaoTao
Happy New Year! a big hug for Dean GeGe - so happy to see him! ring around the rosie three little angels cutie pie T a frozen moment in time! love how the hands and others parts are in motion! Meimei and her mama dancing girl pure joy! very interested in watching "uncle" sing! she jumped right up on the chair like it was her turn to sing! little performer!
