our last night with dear friends

Tonight was our last night to play with Dean GeGe and Meimei. They are moving on to their next post tomorrow morning. We'll miss them, but will keep in touch with email and Vonage, and will see them again in the future!

Thai Buddha and the vegetarian restaurant

Tonight we went out to dinner at our favorite vegetarian restaurant. AB loves to go there. She loves to go to any restaurant, really. On the way to eat at a restaurant, she recites the rules of eating out. "No crying in restaurant. No running around restaurant. Just sit in chair, eat food, okay Mama?" It's so cute to hear her say that - and for the most part, she follows the rules! She is an exceptional 2.5 year old dinner date!

Tio Jorge and Aunt Jeannette brought AB a Buddha from Thailand (this one really DOES say "Sawadee-ka"!!! She was so excited! She had Bunny doing "sawadee" to the Buddha painting, it was so cute!
