more swimming (in the tub)

She loves to float on her back in the tub! She's not the least bit afraid of the water - she lets it come up over her eyes even, and she'll open her mouth and talk until she gets water in and gurgles, but she doesn't get upset even then, just spits out the suds! She loves to practice kicking her legs, paddling her arms, and blowing bubbles in the tub, just like during swimming lessons!

sleepy!

AB likes to be carried on ayi's back (or mine)... she says "bei!" and that means she wants to ride piggy back. Today she had extra fun because she had Panda "bei!" on her... and then she fell asleep like that. Too funny!

Oh my gosh, she's growing up! Look at this BIG girl running up and down the ramp by the apartment! (And she's so proud of holding Cocoa's leash!) Also a few more bike pics...

sick day

I went to work this morning but came home after a couple of hours. AB and I sneezed and blew our noses and napped all day, but did go out for some daylight (note I did not say "sunlight") and air (no, unfortunately not "fresh air"). Here are some of the pics. She's not feeling well, but still couldn't be cuter!

bike ride with the pups

AB brought her bike out for our morning walk and romp with the dogs. There is a grassy courtyard behind the consulate that they are allowed to run free in if all the gates are locked. They LOVE this! They get to chase each other around and AB just watches and tries to tell them "come here, Cocoa" (they don't listen until they get tired). Got some very cute pics - though unfortunately I didn't keep ahead of the runny nose in some of them. She was throwing the ball for the dogs and having a great time. On the way back, we saw one of our Consulate Kitties who is wary of humans and was downright terrified of the dogs. Finally - there's AB walking down the stairs by herself! She says "careful!" when she starts down - it's very cute!

We had to go back out to the car to get the camera, and AB brought out the pinwheel we got at Stone Elephant Lake. Couldn't resist snapping a few more pics!
