haircut

Today we took the girls for haircuts. AB just got a little trim, and Meimei got a lot of hair cut! AB went first and demonstrated how to sit still and enjoy a lollipop (haircuts are the only time she gets lollies!)

Several of our colleagues are leaving in the coming weeks, so we had a farewell dinner at a great buffet restaurant in one of Chengdu's new hotels. AB did not take a nap today and stayed home with Ayi.

After our late afternoon nap today, I put on rollerblades and skated on the tennis court with AB and her trike.

despite all the Bug Guard I put on her, she still got a bite right on her cheek - it swelled up so fast, I had to get a photo of it. I have this great stuff called "Mitigator" that really helps with itching and swelling - put it on before her nap, and when she got up, all signs of the bite were gone!
