Some self-photography while we wait for our name scrolls to be painted. The guy paints with a piece of wood dipped in more than one color of paint, and then he draws animals, flowers, birds, etc. into Chinese characters! I had three made for A.B., one with her oprhanage name, one with her new Chinese name, and one with her English name! I also had one made with my Chinese name and the English names of some friends... so we were waiting for a while!
