You'd never know by the pictures (or even by her behavior), but A.B. had bronchitis and ear infections when I adopted her. She did cough and have a fever, but she never FUSSED! Still, we didn't go out much while we were in Kunming... we just spent our time in the hotel, resting, getting well, and getting to know each other.
