IT'S THE MOON! AB was amazed at being able to see the moon (and stars!). She commented as we rode in the taxi to the show, "the moon's coming with us!"
How sad is it that my child could probably count the number of times she's seen the moon on one hand?
We went to the ethnic minority singing and dancing show tonight. Thank goodness I learned my lesson from our attempt at seeing a ballet (with super loud recorded music) in Chengdu - anytime I want to take AB to a show, I need to have earplugs with us. We both wore them during the show and it was still extremely loud!
In the beginning, AB wanted to leave, but she settled in and enjoyed the show. She even went on stage to dance when they invited up members of the audience!
